Meat delivery in Canada

You be the judge…should a meat inspector intervene ? This meat is being delivered to a retail outlet that has a meat department/butcher shop. On the floor you can see top quality veal. We assume the deliveryperson is quite agile on his feet, to navigate inside that truck. Listeria in the news this week and people have died.

Junk Food and Cooked Food…

Recently, received an email (many are junk). But, this email contained quotations attributed to Confucius and read as follows: ‘Everybody, soon or late, sits down to a banquet of consequences.’

Just think about all the food that we consume…every ounce!

In the photo, above, you can view a few of the books that I have collected/purchased in the last 10 years. But, one book that I have purchased many times in the last 30 years, or so, and re-purchased again, in the last few weeks, is still one of the best books available today. This little book, in some ways, contains all the pertinent information that one requires, when trying to make sense of all available information, today, dealing with health and nutrition.
